  • Bridging the gap between the E-Commerce Platform (Magento), Incoming Communications (Live Chat, Emails, Phone), and the ERP system (Oracle Netsuite) for the Industrial B2B market.
  • Developing the Customer Center function.

Solutions

  • Witly is used as the one-stop center for the incoming Request For Quotations (RFQs) integrating several applications such as Magento, Intercom.io, Zendesk, and Hubspot to the Oracle Netsuite ERP system. The features that were not available in the other applications were developed within Witly to match with specific needs.
