A Kanban board is a workflow visualization tool that enables you to optimize the flow of your work. Witly Kanban boards as below picture, typically use sticky notes on a whiteboard to communicate status, progress, issues, etc. (Kanban is the Japanese word for "visual signal" or "card.")

Following are steps to create Kanban view
- Click on
button. - Select Create New Kanban View

3. On the Create New Kanban view screen, enter the view name and description.
4. Select field from Group by field to group your record into column.

5. Add fields from the Field List: Drag the fields from the field list into the section. You can select as many field as you want. The selected field will show in Selected Fields column.

6. Click Save.
7. You can change status of record by drag and drop from column to column.
