Beside the data access control by permission setup, Witly also allows users who are the record owner to share the records with other users by the level as described below.
- Read Only: Users can only view the data.
- Read/Edit: Users can view and edit the data.
- Full Access: Users have the full access to view, edit and share the data to other users.
To share the record, select the desired record and click Sharing. The pop-up window will appear and it allows you to choose the users and the sharing level that you want to share the record as described above.
