Action is the process to define the function when the button is pressed. It could be a simple function such as edit, delete and create or those that will be executed based on System Script and Worflow. Action button will be located at the top right corner of Home and Detail screen.
When you create module, the basic actions will be created automatically as listed below.
- Edit: Action to edit the record.
- Delete: Action to delete the record.
- Clone: Action to clone the record.
- Log: To view the log of changes history for the record.
- Sharing: Action to share the record.
The above actions are not editable except their display conditions that can be defined and Sharing action that can be renamed.
