Witly allows you to install Intercom for an internal communication amongst your teams. Follow the steps below to set up.
- Go to Setting > Integrations > Intercom.
2. You will be directed to Intercom Integration page.
3. Enter the following information.
3.1. Status: Select Enable or Disable.
3.2. App ID: Enter the App ID retrieved from intercom.
3.3. Secret Key: Enter the identity verification secret code retrieved from intercom.

4. Click Save.
Once you click save, the intercom icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the screen and it is ready for you to use.
