Screenflow is used to automate the flow of the field layouts. You can define steps of screen displays and also create rules to show field layouts with conditions.

1. Process to create different field layouts based on entered values. For example, if you have the Field Customer Type where users can select between Business and Personal, the next Field Layout will appear differently based on the Field Customer Type they select. (See how to create Edit Field Layout in Field Layout Setting section) 

 2. Process to create steps for data entry. For example, you can create Step 1 page for users to enter the require 

information and direct them to Step 2 page when they click on next button.
