The Create Workflow screen consists of the following information.
- Name: Workflow’s name.
- Record Event: Event that will be executed.
- Execution Order: The order to execute the workflows when they are set up under the same conditions. The lesser number will be executed first.
- Enabled: To enable/disable the workflow.
- Description: Workflow’s description.
- Condition: The conditions set to execute the workflow. If there is no condition set, the workflow will be executed by the workflow event every single time.
- Notification: Send the notification message to users.
- Action: Action that will be performed when the conditions are met.
