Create Workflow

The Create Workflow screen consists of the following information. 

  1. Name: Workflow’s name.
  2. Record Event: Event that will be executed.
  3. Execution Order: The order to execute the workflows when they are set up under the same conditions. The lesser number will be executed first.
  4. Enabled: To enable/disable the workflow.
  5. Description: Workflow’s description.
  6. Condition: The conditions set to execute the workflow. If there is no condition set, the workflow will be executed by the workflow event every single time.
  7. Notification: Send the notification message to users.
  8. Action: Action that will be performed when the conditions are met.
